Subscribe to Motif after trial

Your Motif trial gives you full access to the platform for 14 days from sign-up. You can check how many days remain at the top of the All Members tab, or under Settings → Subscription.

Before your trial ends

We'll notify you 3 days before expiry, 1 day before, and on the day itself — by email, by in-app banner, and on your Subscription page. To avoid any interruption, subscribe before your trial ends.

If your trial expires

If you haven't subscribed, you'll lose access to Motif. Your data, files, and settings are retained for 90 days after expiry so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe later.

Subscribe to Motif

If your trial is still active → Go to Settings > Subscription and choose Subscribe.

If your trial has expired → You will be prompted to Restore Access upon login.

Enter card details that match your billing address and confirm. We accept card payments only. You'll receive a confirmation email and regain full access immediately.

Managing your subscription

Under Settings → Subscription you can view your plan, add seats, or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
